The way to Interns!

An issue left untouched- Summer Placements, was certain to be hit early this year.
Probability of grabbing Final Placements may elude if not backed by proper Interns. This increases the importance of Summer Placements, all the more.Despite its professed importance, institutes fail to auspice influx of companies for the purpose. More so, due to the unwillingness of companies in the process. So, the institutes are not to be impugned. It is the corporate interface and the nexus that matters here. Well, this is where most institutes falter.

Well, this blog concerns the difference between IILM-GSM and most institutes. The season has arrived and the companies are expected to be around. After the first year of rigorous class-room teaching, it is mandatory for the students to undertake a two-month Summer Internship process commences from January onwards and the students are expected to undertake this corporate stint during the months of May and June. The Placement Cell coordinates the process with the Companies who, either invite applications for summer internships or select students on the basis of the curriculum vitae of the students.
It is indeed vital for all the students. With the above listed companies in the campus for recruitment, the institute is one good haven even in the economic turmoil.
Indeed,we need the likes of IILM-GSM to provide subtle grounds to students' whims.
